Who stands behind Betoro

Betoro is a casino and odds service for adult residents of Denmark.

1. Our role

1.1 What we operate

We operate the Betoro casino and the Betoro odds section. We publish the information about them ourselves, and amounts are stated in Danish kroner.

1.2 Who we address

We address persons aged 18 or over who live in Denmark. The service is offered in Danish and in English, and both languages carry the same account, the same offers and the same terms.

1.3 What we do not do

We do not give legal, tax or financial advice, we do not rank other operators, and we do not describe the rules of services that are not ours.

1.4 Scope of the information

Our pages describe the casino, the odds section, the welcome offers, the cashier and the account tools. They state conditions as they are, including those that restrict an offer, and they do not promise a result to any player.

2. Our offer

2.1 Areas of the service

Our casino has slots, table games and live games hosted from a studio. The odds section has sports markets before and during matches. One account and one balance serve both sections.

2.2 Where each rule sits

AreaWhat it containsWhere the rules are set

2.3 Welcome offers

The casino offer is 100 per cent up to DKK 1,000, with a minimum deposit of DKK 100, a turnover of 10 times and a validity of 60 days. The odds offer is of the same size with a turnover of 5 times. We state each offer together with its conditions, because a figure without its conditions misleads.

2.4 What an offer does not change

An offer does not shorten identity checks, does not bring forward a withdrawal and does not alter the rule that a payment instrument must belong to the account holder. A resident can decline an offer at the deposit step and play with the deposit as ordinary funds.

3. Our principles

3.1 Conditions beside the figure

The size of a match, the minimum deposit, the turnover multiple and the validity period are given together. Where a condition depends on a rule that we cannot state precisely, we refer the reader to the full terms.

3.2 One currency

We give amounts in DKK only.

3.3 Only what the cashier accepts

We describe a payment method only when it is part of our cashier: MobilePay, Dankort, Visa, Paysafecard, PayPal, Trustly and bank transfer. A withdrawal is reviewed before release, and we do not state a duration that we cannot support.

3.4 No unsupported figures

We do not publish a figure that we cannot support from our own terms.

3.5 Plain wording

We write in plain terms and avoid promotional claims. We do not use superlatives about our own service, and we do not present gambling as a way to earn money.

4. Keeping information current

4.1 Order of an update

When an offer, a payment method or a rule changes, we update in four steps:

  1. We confirm the change against the terms that govern it.
  2. We revise the page that describes it.
  3. We check the other pages for the same figure.
  4. We publish the revised page in place of the earlier one.

4.2 Language parity

The English version is not a looser summary of the Danish one. A difference between the two is a mistake that we correct.

4.3 Dates

Where a page states a date, it is the date on which the figures were last confirmed with the terms.

4.4 Records of figures

For each page we keep a record of the figures it states and the terms they come from. When a figure changes, we update the record first and the page afterwards, so that two pages never give two values for the same offer.

5. Responsibility and play limits

5.1 Our tools

We provide deposit limits and breaks on the account, and we respect registrations in ROFUS, the national self-exclusion register.

5.2 Independent support

Counselling is provided by independent services, and our responsible gambling page lists them. Gambling can be harmful, and Betoro is for persons aged 18 or over.

5.3 Minors

Persons under 18 must not use the service. We ask residents to keep devices and payment methods out of children’s reach.

5.4 Questions about limits

A resident who wants to discuss the tools on the account can write to us, and we treat what is said as confidential and use it only to handle the request.

6. Corrections and contact

6.1 Errors on our pages

We answer for the accuracy of what we publish. A resident who finds an error or an outdated figure is asked to name the page and the statement, and we will correct it or explain why it stands.

6.2 Complaints about the service

A complaint about an account, a payment or an offer should state the date, the amount and what is disputed. We answer in writing and give our reasons.

6.3 Address

Write to [email protected]. Questions about an account, a payment or a bonus go to the same address.

6.4 Changes to this page

When we revise this page, the new text replaces the old, and the figures in sections 2 and 3 are confirmed again against the terms.
